All that's left...

My first entry (hopefully not too late) for ~digital-amphetamine's contest "Dark is my demeanour" [link]

Inspired, again, by Evanescence ("Hello"):
"...Hello
I'm still here
All that's left of yesterday..."

It's supposed to be very sad, with the girl in white rising after a sleepless night to look through the window of the abandoned house, the cold sunrise, the restless geese, the fading light of the candles... Those candles gave me some trouble but I achieved the balance and a bit of symbolism too And I know it seems weird that the dress and the curtain should be casting shadows on each other but my poor knowledge of physics told me to do so
