It's inside the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle above the village Selestat, near Strassbourg, France. It is the only one fully reconstructed out of 4 in the area and there are also themed wildlife shows around there: the Mountain of eagles, Mountain of monkeys, Mountain of butterflies.

It is incredible. Make sure you use a camera that takes normal pictures in dark places :)
