General stock rules
Everything in my folder that's in the "stock" category is stock. Everything else is not and cannot be used in any way.
This is unrestricted stock.
Unrestricted stock can be used for both personal and commercial projects, but it cannot be redistributed as stock. You are not required to obtain permission prior to using the stock off site or in DA prints. The only requirements are that the stock provider be notified and credited.
EXCEPTION: The following two stocks must not be used in equine art (that is, anything with horses that are not accompanied by a human rider):
"Rose stock" and "Rose petals cutouts" are no longer to be used in any manips with horses, donkeys, mules, centaurs as a main subject, regardless of the purpose. All offending deviations dated after this journal update will be reported.
Credit me with a link to my account. See FAQ #81: How can I create links to other deviants, deviations, or websites? if you don't know how to do this.
You can sell artwork made with my stock, but I want to see where my stock goes! It's only fair since I'm giving it for free.
Do not claim my stock as your own.
I DO NOT take requests!
Most of all, be creative and enjoy!
I appreciate getting a big unwatermarked version of the work using my stock.
I reserve the right to change my TOU at any time without prior notice.
Be inspired!

Frequently Asked Questions (since there seems to be confusion)
Q: Can I make prints with your stock?
A: Yes, you can make prints of your artwork, but not the stock photo as it is.
Q: Can I sell artwork with your stock?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I use your stock in premades?
A: Yes. You will have to follow the same rules as for a photomanipulation - credit, link, no illegal/offensive content. A premade is an image that uses more stocks; you can not upload the same stock that I have as it is, with adjusted levels or a texture overlay. It has to be clear your premade is a different image.
Q: Can I show artwork with your stock on facebook/flicker/horse sites?
A: Yes. Include a link to dA if you have it there too or write the credits on or near the image if you don't have it on dA.
Q: How do I credit you as the stock provider?
A: See FAQ #81: How can I create links to other deviants, deviations, or websites?
Q: Do you take requests?
A: No. You can look in my scraps for various sets I can upload if you need them. As for model stock, the stuff you see is the kind of stuff you'll be seeing because this is what I like to do. If you have ideas that fit my theme, you're welcome to share them with me. Otherwise, don't bother. Especially if you have weird fetishes, keep them to yourself. I'll never do stock with...
...nudity or underwear
...bare feet and legs (that show)
...blood, open wounds
...guns
...and oh dear god cannibalism D:
Q: Why don't you take requests?
A: Because I used to have this option, and people abused it. I don't have time and energy for unreasonable requests, I prefer to be the only one in charge of what I do. Besides, if the stock you need is so sophisticated that you need to request it, chances are you need to ask a professional photographer and/or model, which I'm not.
Q: I have another question.
A: Write me a note and we'll see about that.
Peace

Five years gone just like that
I doubt anyone is still around but anyway...
I'm trying to slowly fall back into the things I loved. I tried before, but somehow found I was locked out of my account. Today, I persevered and here I am.
I'll be working on sorting my gallery and returning some stock images. I have uploaded one fresh picture so far. There are more and I'm very excited! It was a beautiful day up on the mountain, I got some great pictures out of it, even though I froze to the bone.
I seriously hope the "horse art" trend has died out by now! In any case, I decided I won't let myself be angry with this and instead concentrate on sharing and creating.
I'm looking
Where the time flies...
I'm so, so behind on everything.
Nothing has really moved forward since my last visit here. I'm still in a half-finished apartment squeezing slow public Wi-Fi. Any extensive Internet use is out of question. I returned to more traditional hobbies - drawing with Mum and sewing for dolls. I have a blog about that (with tiny pictures).
The stock issue is unsolved yet. I should read your comments for some ideas because I don't have any of my own.
Until better times, the best way to contact me if you absolutely must is by email:

My Stock Rules and FAQ
Stock use hall of fame:
All stock in storage
I have been concerned about my stock's popularity with horse fetishists for a while, but today was the last drop. My stock will not be available until we can figure out a way to make it nice and public again. I've worked hard to make decent stock available and I hate to hide it because because of some idiots.
Burn in hell, perverse horse people!
The rest of you decent artists can still use my stock under the old terms if you have any saved on your computer.
I'd like to hear your suggestions and stories (happy or sad) on this subject.
Meanwhile, I started a blog where you can find me more often (it's about dolls and crafts):

Thanks for the DD! You are all awesome!
I just found out because of a suspiciously high number of comments on one of my winter stocks:
:thumb338224467:
I am deeply moved by PirateLotus-Stock (https://www.deviantart.com/piratelotus-stock)'s decision to award me a DD. When I joined dA, I paid no attention to DDs; I didn't even know what they were. I do now. I know there are hundreds of new pieces every day that deserve praise and recognition and while the CVs are working hard to bring them to our attention, it's humanely impossible to showcase all the good art. Therefore, a gallery's worth cannot be judged by the number of DDs it has. The probability of getting a DD is very low, which makes it the more exciting for me, who

May I ask why the stock isn't allowed to be used with equine?
